Return Policy
At Skin Matology, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- – Â The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- – The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- – The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- – Opened or used products
- – Products purchased on sale or promotion
- – Change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene reasons
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
- – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- – Provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s)
- – Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is approved:
- – Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- – Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect
- – Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend:
- 1. Requesting a return (if eligible)
- 2. Placing a new order
5. Return Shipping
- – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- – We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- – Opened skincare products
- – Used items
- – Gift cards
